The coaching services are exclusively designed for young individuals aged 13 to 20.

Can parents attend the coaching sessions?

In the coaching sessions, the focus is entirely on the connection between the Coach and your young adult. This intentional one-on-one approach is crafted to delve into the essence of who your teen is, fostering a deeper and more impactful understanding. While we value the importance of parent involvement outside of sessions, we believe the coaching space is most potent when exclusively between the Coach and the young adult. Rest assured, if you ever have any concerns or wish to connect,  I encourage you to reach out. Your insights are integral to your teen's success, and we are here for you—ready to set up a time to talk with Coach Kim whenever you need.

How do we know if the coaching has worked?

Before our journey begins, we'll arrange a pre-session meeting with parents or guardians to delve into the envisioned outcomes for your teenager. Grasping the family's vision of change becomes our guiding light, our North Star. Once we've charted clear goals together, the path unfolds. Change, whether swift or gradual, requires your patience, and we appreciate your understanding as progress naturally unfolds. At the journey's end, the family becomes the judge of success — your satisfaction and the achievement of your desired outcomes define our shared victory.

Do you guarantee privacy?

At Inspiration Ignited, your confidentiality is paramount. Before sharing any client information, we'll always seek your explicit permission. At the program's conclusion, we will ask for you your feedback. The decision to keep this information confidential is entirely yours. Your privacy, your choice.

What techniques will they be learning?

Your child will discover an array of stress management techniques in our course. Unwind with mindfulness, harness energy with qigong, and find calm through meditation. From tapping to acupressure, various breathing exercises to yoga, we cover a spectrum of practices. Engage in mirror work, express through journaling, and nurture self-love.
